Meditation · Somatic Work · Anxiety Coaching

You are allowed to feel like yourself again.

One-to-one coaching in English for women who have lost the thread of who they are — living with anxiety, a loud inner critic, or a body that feels like it is always bracing. Together we soften the alarm, rebuild trust with your body, and find your way back to joy.

What I do — and why I offer it

I sit with women in the place where nothing is technically wrong and everything feels heavy. Where the mind will not stop scanning, where every sensation in the body becomes evidence of something worse, where being kind to yourself feels like a skill you never learned.

I did not learn this path as an idea. I spent seventeen years in corporate life — successful from the outside, disconnected from my own body on the inside. What carried me through was not luck; it was practice, built slowly: meditation and mindfulness, nervous-system regulation, self-compassion.

I offer this work because it was given to me, and because it changed the shape of my life. Being met with warmth by someone who has been there is not a small thing. It is the whole thing.

How I work

I do not teach you to silence your mind. I teach you to understand your body.

Every session is shaped around you — but three approaches always work together underneath.

01

Somatic awareness

Anxiety does not only live in the mind — it lives in the body. You learn how your nervous system works and how to read its signals again. To break the panic loop, you first have to feel where it begins.

02

Meditation & mindfulness

Practices from the Buddhist lineage of Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach — RAIN, Metta, Insight Meditation. We find together which practice actually fits your life, not the other way around.

03

An inner ground of safety

Your body can stop feeling like a threat. The resources we build together stay with you — outside the session, in the most crowded hours of an ordinary day.

About Müge

I learned this not as a concept, but by living it.

I hold a degree in Food Engineering from METU and an MBA, and I spent seventeen years in corporate life. I know the particular exhaustion of holding everything together while quietly coming apart.

Today I teach meditation, coach one-to-one, and work with women who are ready to stop fighting themselves. I work in English and in Turkish, online, from Istanbul.

Kind words

From women I have worked with

If you want to look after yourself in a space held calmly and with compassion, I hope you find your way to Müge's gentle guidance.
— Berna Col
I began to feel gratitude for everything around me. In every difficult moment I carry, I remind myself to stay in the present — and that this too is passing.
— Pooneh Akkoyun
Focusing on emotions and where they are felt in the body is remarkable. The RAIN practices are deeply useful, and the examples from real life help you root yourself there.

How to sign up

Three simple steps

No forms to fight with, no commitment. Just a conversation to see whether this is right for you.

1

Choose a time that suits you

Open my calendar and take any slot that is free — no back-and-forth, no waiting on my reply. If you would rather write to me first, the note below reaches me directly.

2

We meet for 30 free minutes

A Zoom link arrives with your confirmation. We talk about where you are, what you are carrying, what you want. Questions welcome.

3

You choose the rhythm

A single session or a package. I send you the scheduling and payment details, and we begin.

Not ready to book yet?

Then tell me where you are instead. There is no right way to fill this in — one line is enough. I will write back to you myself, not an automatic message, and we can take it from there.

Would you rather not write at all? Send me a voice note on Instagram. That works just as well.

A personal reply within two days.

Questions you may have

Is this therapy?

No. Coaching is not psychotherapy and does not replace it. Many of the women I work with also see a therapist and find that our time together supports and adds a different perspective to that work.

Do I need meditation experience?

Not at all. If you have never sat down to meditate in your life, we start exactly there — with what is possible for your body today.

What happens in a session?

We arrive with a few minutes of practice together, check in with how you are right now, and follow what is most alive for you. Often that includes guided somatic inquiry, RAIN, or parts work. We close with a few notes on what you are taking with you.

What if I cry, or cannot speak?

Then that is what the session is. There is nothing you need to perform here. Silence, tears, and not knowing are all welcome material.

Which time zones can you meet in?

I am based in Istanbul (GMT+3) and work with women across Europe and the US. We will find a time that works — evenings and early mornings are usually possible.

What if I want to stop?

There is never an obligation to continue. Your own inner wisdom will tell you whether to keep going or take a break, and we can talk it through together.

I would love to meet you.

Let's talk about where you are, what you are struggling with, and what you want. No commitment — just thirty minutes, the two of us.
