About ME
I'm Müge Bakht — a meditation teacher, somatic anxiety coach, and certified MMTCP graduate trained by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach.
I spent 17 years in corporate life. I have an engineering degree from METU and an MBA. I know what it feels like to perform under pressure while quietly falling apart inside.
Today I work with women navigating anxiety, health fears, and chronic stress — through nervous system regulation, somatic awareness, and Buddhist compassion practices. I also bring this work into corporate settings: helping teams build focus, resilience, and emotional clarity through regular mindfulness sessions.
I've facilitated mindfulness sessions at the European Court of Auditors, Studio+, and Givaudan Turkey. I hold Somatic EMDR and Somatic Anxiety Coaching certifications from The Embody Lab, and I'm currently completing my Polyvagal Theory certification.
