It’s possible to learn to
hear your body.
If your mind never stops, if your body feels like it’s constantly on high alert, or if health worries are wearing you down — and if you’re tired of people telling you it’s all “in your head” — you’ve come to the right place.
My JourneyOn the outside, I was successful. Inside, I was lost.
I studied Food Engineering at METU. I earned an MBA. For 17 years I worked in the corporate world — successful, efficient, the one who “held everything together.”
But since the age of 18, I have lived with cluster headaches — considered one of the most severe pain syndromes known to medicine. It began in my first year of university. Over the years I learned, I adapted, and in the pain-free stretches I almost forgot.
This year, I spent three and a half months with attacks that lasted four hours every single day. Sleep was impossible. I know firsthand what it means to lie awake wondering, “Will I wake up in pain?”
What kept me standing through that time wasn’t luck. It was a practice I had built over years. Meditation and awareness. Nervous system regulation. Learning to make contact with my body instead of fighting it.
I graduated from the two-year teacher training program (MMTCP) led by Jack Kornfield and Tara Brach. I completed certifications in Somatic EMDR and Somatic Anxiety. I worked on Banyan, the platform Jack and Tara founded, guiding live meditation sessions with hundreds of people. I have touched the practice of more than 2,000 people.
And in the end I understood this: To do this work, you have to know pain. Not by looking at it from the outside, but by living through it.
I understand you, because
I know what it’s like when your thoughts won’t go quiet at night. I know what it means to lie awake wondering whether something is wrong with your body. And in the moment you need yourself most, I also know what it means to be hardest on yourself.
I don’t know this as an abstract idea — I know it as a daily, lived reality.
Seeing together what lies beneath the thought loops you can’t stop
Regulating your nervous system — making room for your body to step out of alarm mode
Learning to live with health anxiety or chronic pain without catastrophizing it
Building an inner ground of safety — even when everything outside is in turmoil
Recognizing the harshness you turn on yourself and meeting it with compassion
I’m not here to “fix” your anxiety or to cure your illness. But when your mind won’t go quiet, when your body frightens you, or when you harden against yourself — I’m here to reach your heart right in the middle of that moment.
I’d love to meet you.
Let’s talk about where you are, what you’re wrestling with, and what you truly want. No commitment — just thirty minutes, the two of us.
